Demora Cero Inversiones SL Completes Transformation to Public Limited Company and Appoints Freddy Arciniegas as CEO and Eduardo Magaña as Secretary

Madrid, June 18, 2024 - Demora Cero Inversiones SL, now known as BioHarvest SA, is proud to announce the completion of its transformation into a Public Limited Company (SA). As part of this significant milestone, the company has appointed Freddy Arciniegas Mejia as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Eduardo Magaña Ortega as Secretary.

Freddy Arciniegas Mejia, the newly appointed CEO of BioHarvest SA, is an accomplished economist with over 42 years of experience in the oil, gas, and mining industries. Freddy has held significant roles such as Vice President of Finance at Gran Colombia Gold, where he led financial operations for Colombia’s leading underground gold producer. He has also managed financial strategies for major oil consortia, including SUROCO Energy, and facilitated the creation of multiple oil companies across Latin America. Freddy holds a degree in Economics from Florida International University and a specialization in International Finance from Universidad Metropolitana. His expertise in strategic and financial planning, joint ventures, and business development has driven sustainable growth and operational efficiency in complex international markets. Freddy’s leadership at BioHarvest SA is marked by his commitment to excellence and innovation in sustainable agriculture.

Eduardo Magaña Ortega, the newly appointed Secretary, is a seasoned expert in international relations and business development, with a career spanning over two decades. Eduardo is the President and Founder of KazMex, where he played a key role in establishing the Kazakh Embassy in Mexico City, fostering robust business and trade relations. He co-founded Strategic TechLink, where he serves as Vice President, driving the expansion of technology solutions across the USA, Latin America, and Europe. His extensive advisory experience includes counseling high-level officials in diverse countries, enhancing global cooperation and policy development. Eduardo holds a degree in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana and has pursued further studies at Georgetown University and Växjo University. His strategic insights have been pivotal in various international projects, reinforcing his reputation as a leader in sustainable business practices.

Freddy Arciniegas Mejia and Eduardo Magaña Ortega bring a wealth of experience and leadership to BioHarvest SA, positioning the company for continued growth and innovation in the sustainable agriculture sector.
